This unique, recently renovated 35 m2 exhibition space can be rented in Rivoli Brussels at the Bascule in Uccle, right between 16 other contemporary art galleries.

The exhibition space measures approximately 35 m2, with a fully equipped 5 m2 kitchen, private toilet, storage space, hot and cold water and a refrigerator. The total exhibition wall length is 17 metres by 5,5 metres high. 

We offer the space via two formulas: “Exhibition as a Service” (minimum 2 months) or a traditional commercial rental agreement (minimum 1 year).

It is the first gallery visitors see when they enter Rivoli Brussels through the main entrance.

Rivoli Brussels is a unique collective of 16 contemporary art galleries under one roof, on the border between Uccle and Ixelles, in the heart of Brussels' gallery district.

The many galleries in one place make it a great place for contemporary art lovers. They will find a high-quality, varied and well-presented selection of specialised galleries. The atmosphere is friendly, inspired by the love of contemporary art that unites gallery owners, collectors and art lovers.

Rivoli Brussels regularly organises joint events. The collective Sunday vernissages are an absolute added value for the many visitors. They attract a lot of people and give the impression that you are at an art fair, just like that, on a Sunday afternoon.

The clientele is certainly not limited to the south of Brussels. Art lovers come to Rivoli Brussels from Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels, but also from far beyond our borders.

Technical details

Exhibition space

The main space measures 35 square metres with a total exhibition wall length of 17 metres and a height of 5.5 metres. The space is fully lit by LED lamps with a colour temperature of 6500 kelvin (daylight).

Eight aesthetic power sockets are provided around the exhibition space.

The front, measuring 4 metres by 5.5 metres, is made entirely of glass and has a sliding door that opens up to 2 metres.

Kitchen and storage space

The kitchen measures approximately 5 m2. It has spacious cupboards and shelves and is equipped with a built-in refrigerator, hot and cold running water, a Nespresso coffee machine and a freestanding microwave oven.

Toilet

The kitchen also provides access to the private toilet.

Exhibition as a Service (minimum 2 months)

You will have a complete infrastructure at your disposal immediately and throughout the contract, all costs included, including:

  • hot and cold water consumption

  • electricity consumption

  • wifi consumption

  • alarm system

Price: 1,650 EUR per month + VAT

Longer-term rental (minimum 1 year)

Provision of infrastructure, including remote control of the lighting, with the tenant being responsible for:

  • Usual charges (+/- 200 EUR per month)

  • Electricity subscription and usage

  • Telecom subscription and usage

  • Alarm system subscription and maintenance if desired

Price: 15,000 EUR rent and +/- 2,400 EUR charges per year
